Generate a contact QR from a name, phone, email, and company — scan to save to the address book. Email, phone, and SMS QR supported too
A contact QR code bundles contact details — name, phone number, email address, company, and more — into a single QR code. Scanning it with a smartphone camera lets you save the contact straight to your address book. Printed on business cards, flyers, signage, or email signatures, it hands over your details with no typing. You can output the vCard format that iPhone and Android cameras recognize, or the MeCard format popular on Japanese phones.
Yes. Choose "Email" for a mailto: QR that includes a recipient, subject, and body; "Phone" for a tel: QR that starts a call; or "SMS" for an SMSTO QR that pre-fills an SMS body. When scanned, the matching app opens with everything filled in up to the point of sending or dialing.
No. From entering a name, phone, or email to generating and downloading the QR code, everything runs in JavaScript inside your browser. Your input is never sent to or stored on a server. Because the generated QR contains your input as-is, be mindful of how widely you share it.
